My 15 year old boy and I started working out lifting weights together 7 weeks ago. We are having a blast! It's been a ton of fun hanging out with him every night for 40-60 mins working out and just talking. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. Currently 6 nights a week. Plus I am doing cardio about 3 days a week which mostly includes running (with some(a lot walking) at least 2 days a week. On top of that doing just some walks and stretches when I can. Plus some FitOn shirt workouts (like abs). Also have taken my eating way more serious and trying to do better with all that. So far very successful. BONUS ... the other 3 kids join us here and there and work out with us...mostly the 2 "littles" (8 yr old girl and 10 ye old boy". Anyway really enjoying hanging with my oldest and the other kids when they join us.
