I'm officially 105kg down from 220kg
last 12weeks I've dropped 20kg with my fitness pal calorie counting on a deficit its being one if the best and most eye opening diets ( lifestyle changes ) I've ever done seeing and realising how much I use to consume is just eye opening
I'm in a better place mentally and physically these last few weeks also because I can have foods I like but I just incorporate them into my calorie allowance
now I'm literally 5kg away from a weight I have not seen since the early 90s
onwards and upwards ?
