Being a while since I posted - I’ve being crazy busy with new promotion and wife’s cancer but we still working out staying on track and now I’m sat at 14st 9lbs my lightest weight ever - I’m a small in clothes can’t believe it only 4yrs ago I wore 5xl now I can wear a small or in some extra small lol I’m still pushing towards my end goal of 88kg and am about to go on super cut for the next 2-3weeks to finish the journey off
