for muscle soreness and pains I use this "Fastum" gel. idk if you have it over there. it's for muscle relief, but I only use it on really sore days so I don't get too dependent 😅
it's has no scent no menthol smell unlike others and you don't directly feel it (no cooling sensations) but you feel relief after a nap
