What shoulder exercise do you hate doing but know it’s effective.
For me it’s the Arnold press. I know I should do these but will skip it do do behind the back shoulder presses

this is kind of off topic but since a few of you guys have brought up dumbbell shoulder presses , it's worth noting I rotate both my wrist on the way up ...I start in a neutral position and as I'm pressing up w both hands I kinda turn it into a pronated position by the time I'm at the very top of the movement....Is there any negatives to doing them that way ....Cuz lots of guys i see stay in neutral or hammer grip thru the whole rep

the abduction and adduction machines have "pads" on the sides of the knees, but these feel like hard plastic with leather covers instead of cushions like the seats.
there's that bone on the side of the knees that always get sore when I do these but I need to 😅 even on moderate but high reps 😫

dumbbells are the way to go but I prefer barbell shoulder press. probably should swap for Arnold bc of the deeper stretch in bottom and bonus rotation movement.

For me, it’s bench press, it hurts in a way that I don’t like. So I switched to dumbbell bench press & it’s more bearable. But honestly, chest doms are the worst feeling for me! 😣
