This program was written for my enhanced lifters to peak them for Elite Powerlifting meets. I am going to write out the program for Jefit. This will increase your Squat and Sumo Deadlift. Who do I want to run this program? Anyone can! There's only one problem. Because you do not have the enhancements to fight through the fatigue you will problem end up cutting sets and reps. This program can be done by natural people. The only thing you are aloud to do while running this is bench work if you are powerlifting.
Week 1: 70%,75%,80%,85%
Week 2: 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%
Week 3: (75%, 80%, 85%, 90%) + 10lbs
