The Strength/Hypertrophy Monster routine by masZUL is a 4 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Strength protocol on Legs and Deads, Hypertrophy on Chest and Shoulders. Focus on the 1 main lift then add in whatever additional movements you like. Note: Day 2 is heavy chest with a shoulder pump, Day 4 is heavy shoulders with a chest pump. Add in arms as needed (I do them M/W/F).
