Lateral Box Jump Overs
Lateral box jump overs are a challenging exercise that requires coordination, strength, and agility. Focus on controlled movements and proper form to maximize effectiveness and minimize the risk of injury. Stand beside the box with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core engaged throughout the movement. Start by bending your knees and lowering your hips into a partial squat position. Jump sideways explosively on top of the box, using your arms to generate momentum. Tap the top of the box with both feet before landing softly on the ground on the opposite side. Immediately jump back in the opposite direction, clearing the box once again. Continue jumping back and forth over the box in a lateral motion, maintaining a steady rhythm. Start with a manageable number of repetitions and sets based on your fitness level. As you become more proficient, you can increase the number of repetitions and sets.

Incline Push-Up Depth Jump
Steps : 1.) Start by positioning a box behind you and two aerobic steps to your sides in a push-up position. 2.) Get into a push-up position with your feet on the box and hands right in between the aerobic steps. 3.) Using your force, push yourself up off of the floor extending your hands up off of the ground and quickly move your hands onto the steps. 4.) Push yourself off of the aerobic steps and back onto the floor. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Dumbbell One-Arm Reverse Preacher Curl
Steps : 1.) Start by sitting on a preacher bench with your upper arms resting upon the padding and holding a dumbbell in one hand with a reverse grip. 2.) Slowly raise the dumbbell up towards your shoulders, squeezing in your forearms and hold for a count. 3.) Return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Barbell Jefferson Squat
The barbell jefferson squat is a rarely used exercise but it is one of the best to help build and shape the inner thighs. Steps : 1.) Start off by placing a barbell between your legs so it is perpendicular to your feet. 2.) Grasp the barbell with one hand in front of you and one hand behind you with an overhand grip. 3.) Squat down so your thighs are parallel to the floor slowly lift the weight up between your legs as you stand. 4.) Slowly return to a starting position just above the floor. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Leg Slide
Steps : 1.) Start by laying on your back on a mat with your legs bent and arms extended out on the floor to your sides. 2.) Once in position, squeeze on your abs and straighten one leg out until it is right above the floor with your heel. 3.) Hold this position for a few seconds, feeling the squeeze in your lower abs and then return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets desired.

Barbell Jerk
Steps : 1.) To begin this exercise; start off bringing yourself up as you would as in a normal jerk by standing up straight with the weighted barbell resting upon your shoulders and palms. 2.) Dip your knees a bit and use your momentum to overhead press the barbell above your head. 3.) Return back to the starting position 4.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed

Single-Leg Donkey Calf Raise
Steps : 1.) Start by setting up an incline bench in front of you while you position the balls of your feet in other a step or block behind the bench. 2.) Slowly bend forward so that your forearms are rested upon the bench and extend one of your legs behind you or curled around the other foot. 3.) Slowly let one of your heels drop towards the floor as this will be your starting position. 4.) Then raise your heel slowly up off of the floor as high as possible, squeezing your calf and hold for a count. 5.) Return back to the starting position. 6.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Dumbbell Incline One-Arm Press
Steps : 1.) Start off by laying down on an incline bench with your feet flat on the floor and holding a dumbbell in one hand with arm extended straight over your chest. 2.) Then slowly lower your arm until it is at about shoulder, keeping a 90-degree angle in your arm until you feel tension in your chest. 3.) Hold this position for a count then return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Dumbbell Bicep Curl (Supine Wide Grip)
Steps : 1.) Start by laying with your back flat on a bench and your feet in front of you in contact with the floor and arms elevated at your sides with a dumbbell in each hand. 2.) Hold the dumbbells in a neutral grip then extend your arms out to your sides, keeping your upper body, wrists and shoulders in a line. 3.) Slowly curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders and twist to form an underhand grip, isolating the biceps, then hold for a count. 4.) Return back to the starting position. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Cable Knee Raise (Supine)
Steps : 1.) Start by placing a flat bench right in front of a low pulley cable machine and attaching ankle straps to the pulley. 2.) Lay with your back flat on the bench, feet pointed towards the machine and your hands grasping the bench behind your head. 3.) Slowly pull your knees up as high as you can towards your chest until you feel a stretch in your abs, then return back to the starting position. 4.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Side-Lying Quadricep Stretch
Steps : 1.) Start by laying on your side with the leg on the floor bent at a 90-degree angle to help stabilize the body and the elevated leg being held by one hand. 2.) Slowly stretch the elevated leg behind you so that your heel is being pulled towards your glutes. 3.) Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds and return back to the start. 4.) Repeat for as many reps, sets or duration as desired.

Side Hop-Sprint
Steps : 1.) Start by standing to the side of a cone or a hurdle, then hop sideways over the obstacle and then rebounding over the obstacle once again to return to the starting position. 2.) Continue hopping back and forth for a number of repetitions as quickly as possible. After finishing your last rep, sprint a short distance. 3.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Locust Pose
Steps : 1.) Start off by lying face down with your forehead on the floor, your arms at your sides and feet straight together. 2.) Lift your legs up in the air while keeping your ankles together and knees off of the floor. 3.) Make sure that your hips are still positioned on the ground then lift your arms, head and chest up. 4.) Take your hands and reach back towards your toes with your fingertips. 5.) Hold this position for a few seconds, return back to the starting position and repeat the pose.

Stability Ball Weight Plate Pullover
The pullover on a stability ball with a weight exercise uses a ball for core stabilization and help strengthen the back and hips. Steps : 1.) Start off grabbing a weight plate and sit on an exercise ball with your feet planted firmly on the floor in front of you. 2.) Lower your body so your upper abs are the only part of your body supported on the ball. 3.) Bring the weight plate to your chest with your arms extend. 4.) In an arcing motion raise the weight plate over and behind your head towards the floor until you start to feel a stretch in your core, back and chest muscles. 5.) Hold the position for a count. 6.) Return to starting position and repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.

Side Wrist Pull
Steps : 1.) Start off standing up straight with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms rested at your sides. 2.) Take your left arm and bring it to the middle of your body in front of your chest and with your right hand, hold onto your left wrist. 3.) Slowly straight out and lift your arm up to shoulder level, in the direction of the hand that is holding the wrist down, and feel a stretch within your back as well as your shoulders. 4.) Hold for 15 to 30 seconds then return back to the starting position. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and however long you desire.

Rocky Pull-Up
Steps : 1.) Begin by grabbing the pull-up bar with an overhand grip. 2.) Lift your chest up towards the bar until it touches it just as in a regular pull-up and make sure that you squeeze your back on the motion upward. 3.) Lower your torso back down to the starting position then repeat the exercise again but this time lift up by your chest with the back of your neck touching the bar squeezing your back as soon as your neck touches the bar. 4.) Return back to the starting position. 5.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed.

Seated Glute Stretch
Steps : 1.) You will need a partner for this stretch. 2.) Start off in a seated position with your knees bent and one ankle crossed over one knee. 3.) With your partner standing behind you, lean forward as your partner braces your shoulders then try to push your body back for 15 to 30 seconds while your partner tries to prevent any movements. 4.) Relax your muscles and have your partner gently push your body forward for 15 to 30 seconds to increase the stretch. 5.) Repeat for as many reps and however long as desired.

Smith Machine Single-Leg Calf Raise
Steps : 1.) Start by setting up the amount of weight on the smith machine that you would like to perform for this exercise 2.) Place a horizontal bench underneath the bar and either a step or block in front of the bench. 3.) Sit down in the middle of the bench and lower the bar down towards your waist rasting it upon your right thigh. 4.) Extend your left leg out in front of you and place the ball of your right foot on the block. 5.) Raise the bar up off of the rack and lower your right heel down towards the floor as far as possible then slowly raise your heels up off of the floor, squeezing your calf in the process. 6.) Hold for a count then return back to the starting position. 7.) Repeat for as many reps and sets as desired.
