The 2-set bulking Dumbbells Only - Save Time, High Results routine by infinitevoyage is a 4 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Recent research indicates that unless you're a pro body builder like Arnold, to do reasonable body sculpting, having 2 sets is enough if the second set is to full failure. Also, except warm-up, the exercises use Dumbbells and bench only to accommodate people with access to limited equipment. I proved it to myself being the case after 12 years of working out.
