The 6 day once a day routine by Baayman is a 6 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
There are actually more exercises for each day than needed. I have two gyms so there are duplicates based on the equipment. It also allows you to play with it a little bit each week while still getting huge.
