The Beginning bulking routine routine by cdog50000 is a 5 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve bulking fitness goals.
Routine to hit each body part one day a week focusing on that group. Pretty standard exercises for those that are trying to gain and increase strength for the first time. I started at a lower weight and increased it to the next weight making sure I reached the rep amount. I continued with that until I could compete all sets & reps. Then the following week increase to a higher weight. Did this routine for 12 weeks.
