The The TREN Twins Cutting Workout routine by ramosraymond is a 7 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
This workout plan is a compound movements for strength and accessories for hypertrophy directly after. The objective of this plan is to gain mass and strength at a 60:40% split.
