The Bodyweight Interval Routine (Advanced) routine by JefitTeam is a 1 day workout plan. It is an advanced level plan to achieve general fitness goals.
Give the weights a break for a few weeks and transition to bodyweight workouts. This is an efficient, 1-day, advanced, audio-based coaching routine that offers exclusively bodyweight exercises. The good news is the program will challenge your entire body. About half of the exercises in this workout session offer audio coaching tips from a Jefit certified strength & conditioning specialist. Ten of the exercises are performed as five supersets, where you will need to execute back-to-back sets with minimal rest. Push yourself and have fun with it! The first two exercises are designed to be used as a warm-up. Remember, the goal is to perform AMRAP in the designated time. **Make sure your "Audio Cue" button is switched ON.
