The Tenaciously Toned v1 routine by duke_nukem_1983 is a 4 day workout plan. It is an intermediate level plan to achieve cutting fitness goals.
Routine designed specifically for the fellas with a focus on fast-paced workouts with active resting. 3 days per week of weight training followed by a cardio "cooldown". 1 day dedicated to deep stretching, ab conditioning and sauna/massage therapy Kept in mind the short breaks between each set! The pace should be fast and intense. A typical workout day should last no longer than 45 minutes not including the cardio time.
