2 yrs ago i was here, @ 5"8 weighing only around 12.8 stone and around 8% body fat, PURE NATURAL GAINS. Untill i lost my job then Covid hit... Just got back in the gym (1st week in @ JDgyms north) to pick up and get back to where i left off. weighing 11.5 stone. still shredded just down on body weight.
