Not too bad for a guy who 7 years ago was an active methamphetamine user and who weighed in at 300lbs I've come a long way since then spending the first few years breaking my addiction and then spending the last 3 years changing my lifestyle. I've grown a lot mentally and physically and I owe it to that change in lifestyle. every one of you, even though I've never actually met you have helped motivate me over these last 3 years. you all have taught me a lot just by posting your workouts on jefit, this has allowed me to see what other people do and to be able to tailor a workout routine that has obviously given me great results. I'm currently 192lbs and have put on quite a bit of bulk. I have a few new goals that I would like to achieve within the next year, one I would like to be able to bench press 200lb regularly and add even more bulk. most important goal for me is to purchase a new home with my partner. we got approved for a mortgage last week but needed more money out of pocket then we had so it's just a waiting game but I know that I will achieve this goal as well. I just want to take this time to thank each of you for helping me and motivating me towards my goals. keep shooting for your goals and I will be there with you cheering for you all the way Chris
