I know I was out sick for 5 days but it sure looks good anyway. 3.19 years worth of sessions and still going strong!
I'm going to be starting a cut for a while. At one point I was at somewhere around 13% BF according to my trainers skinfold caliper measurements but my partner and I bought a new house in December and I've been eating like a complete fool ever since and I really need to get back on track.
I'm going to cut back to about 1600-1700 calories a day and I'm shooting for a daily workout burn of 750-800 calories. Unfortunately with food being so expensive these days im pretty limited on my diet and I cannot eat as good as I'd like to but I'm switching to 93% lean ground turkey 8oz portions 5 days a week preparing it in different ways and chicken one day and a good leaner protein on the other. Hope all goes well, not sure exactly how long my cut is going to last.
