Finally passing the Ruck March. My goal and the standards are 48 lbs over body weight in under 53 minutes. I weighed my vest plates; 32 plates x 1.5 lbs a piece = 49 lbs. Add in vest, phone, shoes, keys, etc and I am at 55 lbs over body weight. I finished in just under 49 minutes. one goal down; now, to get my 2 mile run under 18 minutes (poor knees).
