Getting there, closer to my goals everyday. Currently weighing at 184lbs. my goal is to weigh 200lbs by June 2024 and keep my current waistline, around 30".
I started off weighing in at 210lbs with a 35" waistline, January 2023, dropped a bunch of weight due poor eating habits and stress, and I went down to 175lbs to about 29" waistline. At this point it was an eye opener that I needed to start taking care of my health again.
The gym has always been my solace in the past, so for the first time I decided to commit to a meal plan, track my calories, and stay committed to the process. I started my journey back in July, and haven't looked back since.
