Really let myself go this time. 6years downtime since an anal fissure and the birth of my youngest son. I got to a point where each day away from gym just made me delve deeper into bad habits and end up in a dark and miserable place. so... I've been back for about 6 weeks now and decided to take the dreaded "before" pic. Not going to lie. Frightening and embarrassing but I'm back and that's what counts. The dedication will eventually pay off and I must trust the process. So far progressive overloading is going well albeit slow and gradual. 1800kcal is my bmr so I'm pulling back to 1500kcal per day deficit clean eating (enjoying it believe it or not!!) with isolated bulking on a 6day split, two of which I'm training legs as that's where I've lost the most mass. My initial goal is to drop my body fat down to 15% by September this year and get my legs proportional to the rest. It may be a while before I post another pic because to be completely honest, posting this one was tough enough. Not to drag this on any further, even though this pic may have been a reality slap, I'm super stoked to be back at "therapy", back home where I belong.
