my last real workout was June 6th.
this was the selfie.
last 3 weeks I:
ate all the foods.
only 1 workout in.
didn't track anything.
didn't get my water in.
or my sleep.
or my steps.
splurged on a few drinks here & there.
Singapore Sling or Mai Tai anyone?
and I had a friggin blast!
haven't had a long break like this in a hot minute.
a few years prob.
my body is fully rested.
but if you know you know,
I live for that grind.
and so it's time for new gym selfies!
out w the old, in w the new!
will be carb cycling & on a slight deficit. here's to losing a few % off the BF & staying laser focused! ?????
