skinny college 2014 me vs the 2022 barbell baby
the old me who barely exercised, ate fast food alot (most convenient for me then at campus), and loved cakes and coffee frappes with extra whipped cream and caramel drizzle (??)
vs the current me who found relaxation and fun in lifting weights, ate fun delicious but healthy foods, and was overall more comfortable and confident with herself (???)?
enjoyed the journey and growth... and I plan for this to not just be "a phase" but a lifestyle change.
fitness doesn't have to be a boring chore ?
