but is it? ? I make sure to go parallel all the time, and also do alot of alternatives like box squats and pause squats to work on my bottom strength.
But I only occasionally do the really deep squats past parallel ??
feeling great after landing my 120 x 1 today. Hope to improve core nd leg strength more so I can do that 120 clean and parallel
