(clumsy me accidentally deleted my progress post ?) The best goals evoke exactly two emotions: excitement, and fear ???? And while no one really likes the fear part, having both is a GOOD THING. Whenever we think about our goals, there’s the sunshine and rainbows version of the ‘end state’ where everything has worked out and feels GOOD. That’s the exciting part! But then there’s also the fear - because usually going for something big might cost you something else: old habits you’ve used to create comfort, self doubt you’ve used to hide behind, or old relationships that kept you stuck. It’s the fear of the unknown, the fear of life outside of your comfort zone. I’m here to remind you to CHANNEL that fear because feeling it and doing something anyway, is just about the most rewarding thing you can do! ??? So take a look at the goals you’ve set for this week, month or year and ask yourself: do they make me feel excited AND a little scared? If the answer is yes, congratulations!!!!
