I pushed hard and dug deep doing those squats, BB hip thrusts and sumo DLs flexing the "gains" ?? is there gains? ? my last body composition reading said increase in muscle score but still a bit high on the BF% so strong muscles covered by my usual fluffy ? afternoon chill outside. Its a week day so its pretty quite and empty here ? R&R on the side while still in quite a busy work week ?
