TARGET ACHIEVED I have hit my target after loosing 6lbs this week I'm now 224lbs down from 486lbs back in 2016 its taken me longer than I taught but I am now the lightest weight I've ever being since beginning ? absolutely delighted and sad due to not being able to celebrate
