weigh day Happy new year to me for the first time I have seen the 15st numbers on a scales I'm officially 15st 11lbs ( 221lbs/ 100kg) as close as I got I never taught id reach or see these numbers nevermind before the end of year . I'm ending 2021 with so much happiness and joy words don't do it justice over the last week and half I've struggled with covid but managed to stay on track k food wise and throw in sone home training to stay consistent with my weight loss roll on 2022 where I may finally see how below 100kg looks
