A small fact that I didn't even want to except, trap bar deadlift are superior to 99% of the population. Unless you do powerlifting there is no need to do conventional deadlifts. Most people should be training like athletes. Not bodybuilders. If you have questions please send me a private msg. I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I'll give you 100% honest advice.
