AdamMeaney Mine is a combination of 1) getting too close to my pre-fitness body fat, and/or 2) 3 months out from summer lol

I like to have a little definition in the core, and it starts to disappear after 6 months of bulking for me

kalashkid my cutting decision are usually guided by a wgt target and a time target. Usually try to gain about 15 pounds in a 4 month bulking period. I'll cut once I hit the wgt target
