When meal prepping. Does anyone prep meat with rice/pasta and veg and eat it after 5 days. I currently meal prep for 5 days but would like to do it for 7 but I don't want to make myself ill.

Try storing it in the freezer and just defrosting it in the fridge when the time comes around you can also meal prep what you want to cook that day. I just put in the freezer that’s what I do.

I prep family meals month in advance, or try to mostly. Easy meal when out with the father at hospital checkups etc all day. I freeze everything from chicken curry, lamb casserole, tuna pasta melt, shepherds pie, sweet n sour chicken as well as other meal stuff and thaw it out night before in fridge. Lasts 6 months in freezer.

Freezer is a good option and let it thaw in the fridge. I am paranoid about food borne illnesses so I won’t push it past 4 days at absolute max. But that’s me. My wife will push it to a week. I guess it would depend on what the meal is.

I don't, meat for me is cook and eat, I freeze the meat that I'll consume the third day and defrost it by Tuesday, two days tops in the friege and cook away
