After a really bad year fighting with anxiety and all from college, I’’ starting again all my body works!! Please give me some tips for this time (For anxiety and stress I had gained like 12 kilos) and in almost three months I lost most of that weight! So now I will restart the gym next month (I will remove my wisdom teeth so I can’t do exercise :c) please look forward to my experience!🫶🏻

Trashpool gym helped me with my anxiety and depression. go in focused on YOURSELF and no one else you vs you and i have headphones in i am in my own world once you get into the habit of going and seeing your progression each week you will love it! i hope this helps i know everyones anxiety levels are different. but keep pushing gym isn't just for body it is also for the mind !

LostNatureGirl The only thing that helps me is knowing when I show up I’m already winning. Just keep showing up, figuring things out and it’ll get easier again. And then something will happen and you’ll have to figure it out and then it’ll get easier again and so on.
