Has anyone tried the workout MAPS anabolic?
Do you start with heavy weights at the start as you only doing 2or 3 weight workouts during the week and ( trigger(band workouts) ) the other days or gradually build up to heavy like normal workouts

Yup. It’s three phases, each progressively moving toward lighter weight and higher reps. You can usually find the programs and download them on Reddit
