Do anyone use sleeves, straps, wrist bands or knee wraps for when lifting heavier weights? I’ve thought about using knee wraps for squats but I don’t even use a belt. I only use straps on back day. Takes out my use of the bicep.

I used to use knee sleeves but not anymore. Trying to train without them as they don't provide much protection anyway. For people having constant knee problems, the best would be to improve their technique on their lifts and decrease the weight they lift.
Besides that, the weight belt is good, and also the wrist hooks. I use hooks and was thinking of getting Versa Grips next.

straps for back day is mandatory for me. belt for squats or anything bending over is super mandatory for me. I use knee wraps to protect my knees from really heavy lifts. elbow sleeves or wraps because I've already had enough tendinitis to know better.

Versa gripps for back day.
And a belt fitted loosely just to remind me my back is fucked up so I don't do crazy shit.
I'd advice anyone to correct whatever gives them the need for protective gear rather than just put a bandaid on and keep on going.

I use straps for deadlifts and shrugs. My grip fails before my back does.
I use knee wraps when squatting heavy. The extra support seems to help me get off the bottom. I occasionally use wrist wraps for incline dumbell presses and overhead barbell presses. I donlt really need these though.

straps for DL/RDL and sleeves for squats. I have no knee issues and sleeves don't protect from injury (same as belts do not protect your back), but they keep my knees warm for the entire squat session, even when taking 5 min rest between sets.
