Well I definitely am enjoying them MUCH MUCH more since switching to the trap bar ,and I enjoy going heavy and NOT walking away with lower back pain that plages me the rest of the week cuz I suck on a BB ..but yeah, there taxing AF 😊

I like deadlifting however I have stopped programming them because they are too systemically fatiguing impacting performance of following bodybuilding exercises. DL is a great strength building exercise.
