Ugh. I’m wide awake at 2:28 am - have not fallen asleep yet. I usually go to bed sleepy at 10-11 pm. Used a pre workout product I bought at Sam’s Club a while back. Never had opened it. I worked out about 12 hours ago. Could this still be affecting me? It made the skin on my face, neck and upper shoulders crawl/itch for about 25 minutes. Anyone ever use this stuff? Not sure it’s for me but I hate to waste it. 😳😬🫨

Much better experience today. I can’t workout until after 230 pm today. So, I mixed the preworkout in the water bottle I use at the gym. 1 full scoop. It’s more water than 8-12 oz as indicated by the mix instructions, but I can sip up to gym time. Distribution of the effect seems better!

Ohhh this stuff is awesome. If you have not had it before, always do half scoops. Never full scoop at first. Never know what reaction you get. The caffeine in this is only 200… they have others with higher caffeine intake
make sure you aren't taking that late in the afternoon. my PW is a coffee replacement so if il PW I will not coffee in the morning, or at most 1 cup.
you can also half the dosage if it's too strong for you. comes out economical too as you'll get 2x the worth.
The tingling in your skin after taking it is a "normal" side effect of the beta alanine it contains.
Personally I wouldn't use are pre-workout
