I am annoyed by the insights not refreshing after i see it and it just keeps piling up. Wtd.

If your problem still persists, please send a screen recording to support@jefit.com to help us narrow down the issue

Eric-Jefit :  Typically after you visit the insight report, it should mark everything in the ‘new’ tab as read and remove any notifications.

Are you running into something different than that?
