Has anyone used the JEFIT workout routines? I'm looking to start a new one, lower focused, but was wondering if you all had any you really liked? Goal is to recomp as I join a summer challenge

I sometimes use the Jefit routines for ideas. I'll download a routine and then modify it. But the full routines don't work for me because there are always issues with equipment I don't have, or particularly exercises that aren't particularly useful for me.
But definitely a useful starting point, especially if I am looking to get started with new equipment.
