probably still not used to the new app setup but I'm having some problems sometimes.
I used to see the sets and target reps on the workout overview. the rests are also there (kinda important to me too actually. seeing 45s means its a high intensity low weight. 120s means heavy sesh)
my main issue now is, going to edit exercise shows the weights and reps i did last time. while its good to know, I need to check the target weights.
in this workout, my bench is suppose to be 12,10,10. I felt weak last time hence the 12, 8 ,10 but I need to remind myself of the target reps

The planning tool is far from being perfect. For example, if you do a heavy workout followed by an easy one, you have used totally different weights and reps, probably on the same exercises. However, as far as I understand, the app doesn't pay attention to routines the exercise is part of, but focuses on weights/reps per exercise of the last workout and even there it has messed up with weight numbers.
