I did for a stretch, keto and then carnivore and then keto and now back to focusing on protein and simple carbs like rice or potatoes. I had to change things up when I developed reactive hypoglycemia as a bonus with my Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency. yeah, it's a mouthful. So carbs came back in, but I cook them to be more of a resistant starch.

I did Paleo a few years back before my wedding and am fairly close to that again now I guess, although I have rice this time. Low-processed foods are 95% of my diet. Whey protein the biggest exception.

I did keto years ago and it worked well for me. I was able to lean up and gain muscle. Gave up on working out and eating right for several years, then went back to keto in my 40s. Definitely not the same beneficial diet. Two years with little to no change in my weight or muscle gain. It was also just harder to do in general and I was hungry all the time. Of course, being a woman in my 40s it is has a lot of potential to be considerably different for me than for men. I’m vegetarian now (leaning heavily toward vegan) and I feel better than ever!
