tips for handstand form?(I'm just against a wall practicing and I'm weak as hell lol) just did my first wall handstand in years!!!! little pain underneath my shoulder blade but I had Injured it like a month ago. last time I hurt myself and was scared to do it forever. I've got back issues but have been improving. now working on body weight stuff getting better and handstand eventually.
