So i tried the Elite Program " Natural Gainer" made by jefit. Exercises are quite hard for beginners but challenging which i liked. Exercises were not that usual people normally do like Good Morning Barbell. What's funny is that people would often look at me in gym wondering what are those exercises π Most people would even say this exercise he's doing is not very good even i was able to hear them π
one day the gym coach approached me asking is that a paid workout you are following and funny he would say to me it's not for you its for athletes training for competition π
Such are these people in community but i wouldn't listen to them their repetitive workouts and follow which i believe would work for me.
What do you guys think about that workout?

I found it. Some of the barbell exercises seem a bit unnecessary but easy to swap out with machine work if you have access? For example Iβd never do a barbell hack squat, would replace with a hack squat machine if you have access to one, or sissy squats. Dont be afraid to use it as a base but then adapt to suit.
