So when I start a new workout day, it is changing the workout reps based on what I did last time!!! Then I don’t know how many reps the workout was? Frustrating! Any fixes besides taking a screenshot or mental note of the reps before starting the workout?

Carphill007 Progress > Settings > workout pre filled values - you can set to either same day or any workout. Does this help?

Carphill007 I *think* that “same” means if you do the same exercise on different days of your split, then you can have different reps and weights but *any* means it’ll do progressive overload from any day of the split.
