Dip question…do you enter your body weight or do you only add a weight when you’re actually adding additional weight with a belt? I know it’s probably personal preference and I just need to be consistent with my own logs but just curious…

I enter only additional weight, it makes it easier to track progress. However, the app doesn't make proper estimates if you add only the weight on the belt, but I don't care about this either. Also, keep in mind that your own body weight can vary from workout to workout - I take it into account when I decide which weight I am going to add on the belt.

Really just depends on how you want to log it. Technically, your pushing body weight. If your looking to add weight at some point, you could say body weight = 0 and add from there......dealer's choice!
