Dip question…do you enter your body weight or do you only add a weight when you’re actually adding additional weight with a belt? I know it’s probably personal preference and I just need to be consistent with my own logs but just curious…

Carphill007 I put total weight as I am losing weight as I go but want to try to retain strength or at least track as it degrades.

Arthur.Sunny I enter only additional weight, it makes it easier to track progress. However, the app doesn't make proper estimates if you add only the weight on the belt, but I don't care about this either. Also, keep in mind that your own body weight can vary from workout to workout - I take it into account when I decide which weight I am going to add on the belt.

Thistle_and_Stone Really just depends on how you want to log it. Technically, your pushing body weight. If your looking to add weight at some point, you could say body weight = 0 and add from there......dealer's choice!
