Jon.Barcelona Maybe you can try swimming as a joint-freindly cardio. I like it much, if you have the time and the possibility to go to a nearby swimming-pool and you are a bit familiar with the swimming technique!

Hesmywitness My go to is jump rope, I love it 😅 I like matching the beat of a dance track with my jumps. I also really enjoy rebounding!

Shvabic 2 days per week for half an hour on a stationary bike at the gym. Around 130 hr. Enough to not get gassed when squatting 10+ rep sets.

ChainPlayer I run about 1-2 times a week, 7 to 10 km each run, and I do most of my errands by riding a bike. That's all.

Apex1987 I do Jitz for my cardio... learn a skill while getting my cardio in. no matter how much I train I can't seem to have enough cardio to no be gassed... 3 years in.
