Would love to hear what you guys do in relation to these questions.
How often do you do mobility? (what should we be doing for mobility??)
How often do you do a stretch routine?
Is it daily for both?
Along with weightlifting days(whether that's 6 days or 2 days), do you still walk, stretch(other than immediately before/after workout), do yoga or just rest?

I do one or two stretches ( 10-20 reps each) at the start of my workout for the parts of me that struggle the most, like my back. I usually have some good mobility type exercises built into every workout. I workout (lifting + cardio) 7 days a week. I life for about 30 minutes daily. I walk for 30 minutes after every workout.

no stretching and no specific mobility. the warm up sets seem to give me everything i need. Usually my work will get me over 10,000 steps of weighted walking, so rest days are for rest

:
- I stretch before every workout and after most workouts (dynamic/moving stretches to warmup, static/stationary stretches or foam roller to cool down)
- I run a 5-day rotation (Strength, Cardio, CrossFit, MMA/Boxing/Wrestling/TKD, Yoga) so I'm including a full mobility day at least once a week
- I almost never walk to warmup tbh

I do mobility/stretching/yoga nearly everyday. With past car accident injuries and a lot of past sports and lifting, for me it’s essential. Walking has become an almost daily activity, as it is something we can do as a family (and why not? It’s low impact and we live on an island!). What you do for mobility is pretty personal to you, your goals, areas of tightness or areas where you’d like to increase mobility or flexibility. Personally, my body (and mind) loves Pilates and yoga. For reference I do lift 6 days a week, most weeks, and always do stretching and mobility once I’m warmed up🔥, sometimes before and sometimes after lifts.

I lift 5-6 days a week. I try and get some hiit cardio in a couple of times a week too. I far too infrequently do any kind of yoga. I want to incorporate a lot more of that. When it's not winter here I like to do a bit of bush walking too.
