Not a big deal but why did the "Chin-up" get replaced with "Chin-up with knee raise"? Another curiosity I don't understand certain exercises like dips include added weight, as well as the mentioned Chin-up but not on the pull-up. Possible future suggestion, a way to click on a current exercise and permanently swap for another? When I add a new exercise as the bottom to replace the current exercise (reorganizing it to it's proper location) my whole routine gets messed up a lot of the times.

Jefit has a swap feature that does exactly what you describe: allow for an on-the-go substitution of a different exercise in the workout. But I think it's an elite-only feature.
initially I thought I'd messed something up on my new phone. But I've got records going back to 2019 and it definitely wasn't that.
I just ignore the knees up part, mostly due to having a weight belt.
I can record added weight on the pull-up, but that is specifically the weighted pull-up.
I have set alternates in my all myroutines
my pull routine has 11 exercises, but I tend to do 8. it's just quicker to have things planned.
every now again this app throws a spanner, I just adapt and continue.
if they ever break it properly, I'll just create an excel spread sheet.
