Hi y'all! Currently, I'm drinking a pre-workout and a protein shake+5g of creatine after my workout but I'm debating whether I should add any other supplements. My goal is muscle gain and energy but I'm wary of questionable ingredients, additives, and lack of transparency around what I put in my body. Hence my question: what are your supplement stacks - what are you taking, how much, when, brands, etc.

Protein, creatine, and I drink multiple BCAAs a day. I take multivitamins and turmeric and glucosamine for joints. And melatonin if you count that lol

Creatine, protein and sometimes a pre workout, but coffee and taurine are fine for that if needed. Iโm in Hawaii and outdoors a lot (even inside itโs always warm) so I do add a very basic electrolyte (just the essential minerals), which keeps my energy steady. Make sure your brands are certified in some way, third party tested or non gmo organic, you never know what kind of weird filler they are adding otherwise. I like Thorne and Superior Source for creatine.

Caffee + Taurine is my pre-workout if any. ๐ I also take about 6 g glutamine daily. I used to take some creatine but cutted it because I am cutting and want to see clear numbers on the scale.
When I read your post it initially sounded like you were having your pre workout, 'post' workout. ๐
If you need an energy boost before a workout, you can have a cup of coffee.
I don't consider protein powders to be supplements, they are food!
Omega-3s might be useful depending on your age.
