Check your privacy settings, that might be the reason. When I click on your profile, I can't see the button to Vote for you.
In cases, the button was there, and let's say that friend had already voted for you in the past, that might be another reason why he/she wouldn't be able to repeat the action. Voting button doesn't restart from content to content.
This is something Jefit developers should look into!❗️
