I’m a 54 year old man looking for a new routine of dumbbells, free weights, body weight and bands. My goal is to improve overall fitness and reduce body fat. Anyone have a great routine that they would recommend?

apcfan009 Ryan Humiston is a great dude to look at for programs. They're tough but he has a garage version of some of his programs that I imagine will focus on dumbbells and bodyweight

StaneC Give Ai those prompts. You can change some exercises if you want. The easiest way.
