Does anybody know why i used to get headaches during intense sets especially while performing push movements ? Im cutting right now… I figured it could have someting to do with missing sugar or anything related to my diet. It really was a big handycap during workout. Now its gone but I really dont want it to happen anymore.

ChainPlayer I had that too couple of months ago, but my blood pressure is absolutely ok. The headache has gone away after 2-3 weeks - I also visited several doctors that time, did MRT and shit and nothing has been found. The overall conclusion was that it could have been a matter of wrong posture - when you tense or pull in your neck too much.

salmong Oddly enough, this still happens to me, but only during one particular exercise I do as a finisher for my leg training. The pain is located at the back of my head. The pain is strong and really annoying.

Carphill007 I’ve just started getting this and GPT reckons its down to blood pressure and possibly what I’m doing with head/neck at max exertion. I don’t like it and was wondering if a mouth shield might help as I an definitely biting down hard
